it's been long since i last update my blog.what i am going to say today is what had been happening for the last few days at my store.there is the guy who suddenly wanted to quit mentioning that the day he called the store to quit.but according to the company policy,he is suppose to give the manager a week's notice before he could actually quit.and guess,what happen next?he was missing in action during the day he was suppose to work,making the store left with 1 manager and a crew.that was a last minute happening,the manager at work don't have any time to find any people due to it was the last mintue matter and there was too many customer to deal with.that person was suppose to work from 5 to 1130-6.5hours.that was truely a torture to the 2 that was covering his work.in the end,both of them were sick like hell.we had tried our ways to contact that irresponsible person for quite a long time.finally,at 11pm we manage to find that irresponsible freak.after talking to his ex-girlfriend,he actually could have the skin to push all the blame to her,making her cry after that.what for cry after a guy whom you love but pushing all the blame to you?that was'nt correct.i would'nt know what the guy was actually thinking by pushing all the blame to the girl...again the same thing happen again yesterday with the person who was suppose to cover that irresponsible person.but i guess it was another irresponsible person again.MISSING IN ACTION-was that what humans now adays like to do?lucky the manager was able to find a person regardless what.missing in action without anything was really irresponsible and that person must be a hypocrite...
